Job Title: Administrator

\n

Location: Hospital in Barnstaple, Raleigh Park, Barnstaple EX31 4JB

\n

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm

\n

Trust Location: Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation

\n

Role type: Temporary for 2 months with possibility of extension

\n

What you'll be responsible for:

\n

· The Administrator will be located within the Maintenance Department and will provide administrative support to the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Manager, as well as their wider team

\n

· Processing of orders and invoices and all relevant paperwork, ensuring orders have the correct documentation to enable them to be issued promptly and to ensure that on a regular basis all outstanding orders are completed and invoices are correctly signed off

\n

· Taking telephone calls and dealing with queries on a busy helpdesk

\n

· Answering email enquires in a professional and timely fashion

\n

This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

\n

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

\n

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

\n

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

\n

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

\n

You'll have the following skills/experience:

\n

· Ability to multitask

\n

· Excellent IT skills

\n

· NHS experience (desirable)

\n

· Good communication and organisational skills

\n

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
