Hotel Maintenance Technician
My Place Hotel - Lithia Springs
My Place Hotel is seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance/Handyman to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.
Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance in guest rooms, common areas, and hotel grounds.

Inspect and maintain furniture, appliances, and electrical fixtures (TVs, refrigerators, lighting, etc.).

Maintain and repair hotel tools, equipment, and systems.
-
Keep exterior landscaping and lawn areas free of litter and well-maintained.

Ensure all repairs meet brand and company standards.

Assist with cleanliness and upkeep of hotel exterior spaces and common areas.

Provide support to housekeeping and front desk teams with occasional janitorial duties.

Deliver courteous, professional hospitality at all times.
Requirements

General repair and handyman skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time constraints.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to take direction.

Physically able to perform maintenance duties (lifting, bending, carrying, etc.).

Valid driver's license.

Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or evenings if needed.

Well-groomed, professional appearance, and adherence to company dress code.
