Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment communities in the Syracuse NY area (Clarendon Heights) . Hourly rate based upon experience, licensing and skill set. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly but not required.
