Looking to Hire a Machine Operator to Train to be a CNC Machinist!
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Will learn to operate CNC mills and other machine shop tools, produce precision metal components, and verify their quality against specifications. The program emphasizes training, safety, teamwork, and skill development to prepare individuals for a successful machinist career within a global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Learn setup and operation of CNC machining centers, manual machines, and shop equipment
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
-Properly use PPE and follow safety protocols.
-Mount, align, and secure workpieces.
-Monitor machine operations, adjust tooling, and change cutting tools as needed.
-Measure parts for conformance to blueprints using precision tools.
-Handle parts carefully and store properly.
-Record labor hours accurately and follow production schedules.

Qualifications:
-Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge
-Skilled in machining and operating CNC lathes
-Experience with precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers
-Familiarity with Mazatrol and CNC programming
-Knowledge of GD&T and CAM programming
-Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tooling
-Ability to work with various hand tools and power tools
