Rolling Mill Operator Setter\n Wolverhampton\n £12.71 per hour (Trainee Rate)\n Up to £14.00 per hour for Experienced Setters\n Full Time/Temp to Perm\n\n Our client, a well established manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton, is currently recruiting for a Rolling Mill Operator/Setter to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long term career within manufacturing, with full training available for the right trainee candidate and higher rates offered for experienced setters.\n\n Hours of Work:\n Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 3:30pm\n Friday: 7:00am to 12:00pm\n 37 hours per week\n\n Pay Rates:\n £12.71 per hour for trainee candidates\n Up to £14.00 per hour for experienced Rolling Mill Setters\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nSetting and operating rolling mill machinery to production specifications\nMonitoring machine performance and product quality\nCarrying out machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting\nEnsuring materials are processed efficiently and safely\nCompleting production documentation accurately\nMaintaining a clean and organised working area\n Candidate Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or machine operating environment \nExperience as a rolling mill setter/operator advantageous but not essential for trainee applicants\nStrong attention to detail and quality standards\nReliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team\nWillingness to learn and develop new skills\n Benefits:\n\nTemp to perm opportunity with long term prospects\nEarly finish every Friday\nTraining and progression opportunities available\nCompetitive pay rates based on experience\n To apply, please submit your CV today for immediate consideration
