Production & Machine Operatives - Plastic Manufacturing (Wrexham)



A well‑established plastics manufacturer based in Wrexham is expanding its workforce and is seeking reliable Machine/Production Operatives to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop within a busy manufacturing environment, with long‑term prospects and the chance to secure a permanent position.



Job Type:

Full‑time



Contract:

Temporary to Permanent



Pay & Benefits:

£12.82 per hour (rotating days/nights)

Paid breaks included

Overtime available



Shift Pattern:

Days: 06:00 - 18:00



Nights: 18:00 - 06:00



Key Responsibilities



-Operating production machinery safely and efficiently



-Picking, stacking and organising finished goods



-Conducting routine quality checks to maintain product standards



-Monitoring production lines to ensure smooth and safe operation



-Maintaining a clean, tidy and compliant working environment



What We're Looking For



-Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement



-Reliable team players with good communication skills



-Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting



-Good understanding of health & safety procedures



-Punctual, proactive and able to follow instructions accurately
