Shift Availability: 2nd: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM & 3rd: Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

DescriptionThe Machine Operator is responsible for running production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. Tasks include setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring that products meet specifications. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided, but candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude are .Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery following work instructions
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
- Set up and adjust machines to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Monitor the machine operation to identify and address issues in real-time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform minor maintenance tasks on equipment
Requirements
- Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Full physical mobility and the ability to stand for extended periods
