Machine Operator | Warehouse | Scanner in Bellevue

Job DescriptionWe’re hiring for 2 part-time positions; Document Scanner and Trimmer. If you enjoy a production environment, maintaining accuracy, and a steady workflow, this could be the perfect place for you. This organization provides high-quality printing, scanning, and document management services for a wide variety of industries. The Bellevue location is currently in growth mode working on several large-scale projects. That means an exciting and constantly changing environment. In these positions you will: As a scanner:

• Operate industrial scanners to digitize large batches of documents
• Review scanned files for quality control — ensuring clear images, consistent formatting, and accurate content
• Identify and correct errors to make sure all files are complete and print-ready
• Maintain focus and a steady pace during repetitive tasks
• Communicate clearly with the team — ask questions, flag concerns, and escalate issues as needed

 As a Cutter/Trimmer:

• Operate an industrial cutting machine to trim printed documents
• Load stacks of paper into the cutter and align materials for precise cuts
• Clean up paper scraps and maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Safely change blades when needed (machine is designed so you never physically touch the blade)
• Stay focused during repetitive tasks and keep a steady pace
• Use the computer for light data into their tracking software.

Job Type: Part-time Temp (with potential for Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday

• Day Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM 
• Swing Shift: 3PM - 11:30PM

Pay: $21/hr
Requirements:

• High attention to detail and ability to spot formatting/content errors
• Comfortable using computers and scanning software
• Previous experience in scanning, document processing, or print production is a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
