We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a fast-paced production team. If you have experience working with machinery and take pride in quality and efficiency, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate packaging, filling, and scenting machines
• Follow cGMP guidelines and safety protocols
• Read and interpret job orders and production schedules
• Track production counts and record any waste
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards
• Package finished products for shipment or storage
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and improve processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of machine operating experience (printing or pharma )
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• Supervisory experience is a plus
