We have worked with our current client for the past 18 years and they are looking for an Machine Operator Trainee with strong motivation and communication skills for a possible temp to hire opportunity based out of their Taylor, Mi. location.

Training- Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
Shift- Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm
Pay $17.50

Machine Operator Trainee Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup & Adjustment: Interpreting work orders, changing machine parts, and adjusting settings on machines to meet specific job requirements 
• Production Monitoring: Running jobs, maintaining optimal machine speeds, minimizing downtime, and ensuring continuous production flow.
• Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine mechanical upkeep and troubleshooting issues.
• Safety Compliance: Following all safety procedures, wearing required PPE, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Machine Operator Trainee Qualifications/Skills:

• High mechanical skill, problem-solving ability, and understanding of machine mechanics.
• Previous experience working with machines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read a ruler
