Machine Operator (Trainee) in Chesterfield

A busy and growing manufacturing facility is looking for a Hydromat Trainee to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone mechanically inclined who wants to learn CNC/automated machining and build a long-term career.

Pay:
$20–$22/hr (based on experience)

Shift:
1st or 2nd Shift Available

What You’ll Do:

• Train on Hydromat rotary transfer machines
• Assist with setup, operation, and adjustments
• Load raw materials and monitor production runs
• Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to check parts
• Help troubleshoot basic machine issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing or shop experience is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring devices
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• CNC or machining exposure is a plus
