Monday to Friday 7am-5pm with an hour for lunch

£34,281 per annum

A growing and innovative manufacturing business is looking for an
\n experienced Machine Operator to join its production team. If
\n you’re hands-on, mechanically minded and enjoy keeping machinery
\n running smoothly, this could be a great next step.

The Role

\n

* Set up and operate machinery
\n * Monitor line performance and production output
\n * Carry out routine maintenance and machine adjustments
\n * Troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime
\n * Complete quality checks and production records

\n

About You

\n

We’re looking for someone with recent hands-on experience
\n operating semi-automated machinery, ideally within manufacturing
\n or production.

\n

You’ll be:

\n

* Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
\n * Confident working independently and to SOPs
\n * Safety and quality focused
\n * A good communicator and team player
\n * Keen to learn and develop
\n * Lean/Continuous Improvement experience is desirable
