Direct Hire Opportunity - Machine Operator 1st Shift (Aerospace Industry)
Machine Operator Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 am –3:30 pm.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ lamination, printing, and/or coating experience.
• Experience operating mixing equipment, oxidizers or slitters is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Experience with excel spreadsheets is required for data entry.
• Knowledge of Adhesive formulations a plus.
• Forklift experience is .

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a 3-man laminating/mixing/printing crew.
• Monitor quality of raw materials as well as finished goods.
• Provide samples to quality control personnel as required.
• Move, load and unload inventory and other materials and equipment utilizing a variety of motorized forklifts and manual handling devices.
• Perform change-over activities including roll and adhesive clean-up.
• Record data transactions related to the use, production, and movement of materials.
• Assist in maintenance, slitting and traffic as needed and directed.
• Special projects and assignments as needed.
• Set up machine controls in accordance with SOP.
• Monitor adhesive level lay-down, material tracking and oven temp.
• Monitor all machine settings, controls & readouts.
• Preparation of the coater for each product run.

Machine Operator Pay:

• $20 - $23 per hour. DOE
