This is a temp-to-hire role that offers you the chance to build a career and grow with the company. In this role, you’ll operate and monitor a machine that solders small parts into place based on customer orders.  You will also be completing quality checks on the finished components.  Your attention to detail and experience with quality processes will directly impact the company's success. Machine Operator Duties:

  • Monitor and operate a soldering machine
  • Change tools and stencils between orders  
  • Use equipment like a microscope to review quality
  • Identify and report any defects

 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

  • Training on the day shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

 Pay: $24-$30 per hour, depending on experience Machine Operator Requirements:

  • Comfortable reading written instructions
  • 1-2 years of quality experience or machine operation
  • Obtain and maintain IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications
  • Ability to assist with AOI inspections
