Job Overview:

We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position involves operating and maintaining CNC lathes and other production equipment to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including CNC lathes.
2. Perform mechanical tasks as required to support production processes.
3. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
4. Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic repairs.
5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, or mechanical roles .
2. Knowledge of CNC lathe operation is highly desirable.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift as assigned.
5. Availability to complete training on 1st shift.
