Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBESTAFF is looking for a Production Machine Operator that is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality food products. This role plays a key part in meeting production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.Pay rate $21.40 hourlySecond and third shifts are available2:30P-11pm10:30P-7:00AMKey Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Set up equipment, adjust settings, and perform changeovers as needed
• Ensure consistent product quality by conducting routine checks and inspections
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all food safety (GMP), sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Keep work area clean and organized in compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Experience operating machinery or production equipment is a plus
• Ability to read and follow instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Work Environment

• Food manufacturing facility with exposure to varying temperatures
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• May involve noise from machinery
