Job SummaryAre you a skilled operator with experience in CNC or fabrication? We're seeking a Machine Operator – Router/Multicam to join our team in Wixom, MI. In this role, you’ll help a custom packaging manufacturer produce high-quality components by operating machinery, performing inspections, and supporting fabrication tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator – Router/Multicam, your core responsibilities will include:

• Machine Operation: Operate Router/Multicam machines safely and efficiently to meet production needs.
• Blueprint & Measurement Interpretation: Read technical drawings and use measurement tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintenance & Fabrication: Inspect and maintain machinery, perform fabrication tasks, and lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly.
  In addition, you will also perform other duties as assigned to support production and team goals.

What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:

• Previous CNC/Router experience .
• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes.
• Proficiency with measurement tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
• Full-time availability: Monday–Friday (schedule discussed at interview).

Skills:

• Technical Accuracy: Ability to operate machinery precisely and ensure product quality.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of troubleshooting minor machine or production issues.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate and work effectively with other team members.
