Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator at our facility in Totowa, NJ! We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who is ready to take on the challenge of operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art machinery. If you have a passion for precision and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Multiple shifts available!

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
