Summary

As a Machine Operator at Finzer Roller, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, utilizing machining techniques to produce high-quality rollers.

Pay and Benefits Offered:

$20-22 per hour, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, paid uniforms, paid weekly.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and run manual and CNC engine lathes.
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers and analog micrometers.
• Read and understand work instructions and drawings.
• Use hoists and cranes for material handling.
• Maintain communication with production team.
• Focus on safe practices and quality output.

Qualifications

• 2+ years machine operation experience required.
• Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn.
