Kelly is currently seeking a Machine Operator in Oscoda, MI. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with excellent potential for growth.


Job Description- $14.00/hr.

1st Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm M-F, OT Saturday

2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm M-F, OT Saturday


  • Operates machinery in a safe and productive manner ensuring parts are built to the manufacturing plan.
  • Reads and understands specifications and follows verbal and written instructions.
  • Ensures housekeeping and health and safety standards are maintained.
  • Adheres to all corporate and plant level rules and regulations.
  • Supports an attitude of team work and contributes to continuous improvements.
  • Understands the importance of quality and assists in the achievement and maintenance of TS 16949 certification.
  • Understands the importance of the environment and assists in the achievement and maintenance of ISO 14001 certification.



Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and machine operation instructions.
  • Basic math skills to support SPC and data gathering techniques.
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time on the manufacturing floor
