Position: Machine Operator
Location: De Soto, KS
Pay: $17.50- $19.74/hr paid weekly
Scheduled: Multiple Shift
- 1st shift 7am-7pm rotating days
- 3rd shift 7pm-7am rotating days
- 3rd shift -Sun- Thurs 11:20pm- 7:10am

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team for the 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Cup Forming Machine to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an operator and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to start production cycles
- Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed and temperature
- Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools
- Test machine operation periodically to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the shift
- Check output for any machine-related defects or flaws
- Maintain records of approved and defective units or final products
- Keep accurate activity logs of machine operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN
