Job DescriptionJob Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer in the Metal Stamping Industry in O’Fallon, MO to hire machine operators for their temp to hire roles.

Machine Operator Job Summary

· 1st shift 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thu $18 per hour

· 2nd shift 4pm-2:30am Mon-Thu $19.50 per hour

· Operate various machines, stamping press and/or resistance welder

· Use basic measuring devices (calipers, Micrometers, scales, gauges)

· Read and understand blueprints

· Always follow all safety protocols and procedures

Machine Operator Job Qualifications

· Must be able to pass preemployment background check and drug screen

· Reliable transportation to and from work is required

· Previous machine operation/resistance welder experience of at least one year

· Ability to learn and retain information

· Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk or stand for entire shift
