Job Location: 4800 Abilene, TX (Production)
Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Monday - Thursday / 5PM - 5:30AM

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.50 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Additional Relevant Information: Will train for this position.

\n\n\n\nGeneral Purpose\n\n
Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.
\n\n\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\n
- \n\t
- Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available.
- Assist with change overs as necessary.
- Safely operate and monitor all equipment.
- Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance department.
- Maintain required records. - Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n
- \n\t
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent .
- Experience: 1-3 year of general work experience required. Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience . Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of industrial technology a plus.
