Job Title: Night Shift Machine Operator

We are hiring a Night Shift Machine Operator to join our team!

Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Training: Must be able to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities

- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and production issues in a timely manner

- Load and unload materials and equipment

- Perform routine preventive maintenance

- Monitor and record equipment readings and production data

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

- Previous experience in plant operations or a related field

- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle physical workload

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
