EXPERIENCED Packaging Machine Operator- Overnight shift

\nMust be able to work 10pm and 630am, Monday-Friday with some weekends
\nIn this role, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring the quality of the packaging. Additionally, you will maintain the packaging line and associated areas, operate with quality assurance in adherence to standards and requirements, and manage and maintain waste and trash from packaging and material handling. \nWhat will you be doing?
\nWill be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery, ensuring products are packaged correctly and efficiently, and adhering to company policies and guidelines. This role involves operating and maintaining various packaging equipment, ensuring product quality and safety, and adhering to production schedules. 
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n•    Operating Packaging Machines:
\nSetting up and operating various packaging machines, such as shrink-wrap machines or other automated packaging equipment, to prepare products for storage or shipment. 
\n•    Quality Assurance:
\nInspecting packaged products for defects, ensuring accurate weights and measurements, and maintaining a clean work area. 
\n•    Material Handling:
\nHandling and moving materials, including finished products, to and from packaging machines. 
\n•    Safety and Compliance:
\nAdhering to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards for packaging operations. 
\n•    Basic Maintenance:
\nPerforming basic maintenance on packaging equipment.

\nWhat is required?
\n•    Standing for Long Periods: Operating packaging equipment often requires standing for extended periods.
\nMachine/ Production Operation experience
\n•    Lifting: May need to lift up to 55 lbs.
\n•    Other Physical Demands: Reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling may be required occasionally. 
\nSteel Toe Boots needed
