Job DescriptionJob Description

Essential job duties and Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate CNC Machines, our machines run between 3-5 axis and include milling machines, surface grinding, and lathes.
• Observes machine operation, work instructions, remove parts, and separates runner from product and also load inserts as necessary for required jobs.
• Basic understanding of injection molding machine controls and parameters.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience or 1 year experience combined with appropriate trade school education in the field of grinding, turning, and milling.
• Intermediate math skills
• Familiarity with Heidenhain controls desired
• Utilize electronic and mechanical precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of G & M Codes or basic programming a plus
