We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL, 33127. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of machinery in accordance with production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal output.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate production logs and reports for tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Salary info:

$18 - $23 / hr
