ENTRY‐LEVEL MACHINE OPERATOR (TEXTILE MANUFACTURING)

A fast‐paced textile plant is looking for dependable operators ready to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Operate textile production machines such as looms, knitting machines, winders, or spinners
• Load raw materials (yarn, thread, fabric rolls) and monitor machine cycles
• Inspect fabric for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report issues to your lead
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Support production flow by maintaining consistent machine uptime

What You Bring

• Some manufacturing experience required (textile experience is a plus but not necessary)
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around moving machinery
• Strong attention to detail—quality checks are a big part of the job
• Comfort with physical work: standing, lifting, and moving materials
• Willingness to learn new machines and processes
