What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Operating production machines: Safely running machines to produce quality automotive parts.
Inspecting finished products: Ensuring all products meet company standards.
Packaging parts: Packing finished parts into designated packaging with identification tags.
Tool changes: Making necessary adjustments or changes to tools as required.In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production.
What We’re Looking ForQualifications:
Ability to safely operate production machines
Willingness to train on different machines
Good attendance recordSkills:
Factory experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is
Communication skills: Strong verbal and reading abilities for understanding instructions
Adaptability: Ability to learn different tasks and adjust to new responsibilities
Attention to detail: Ensuring high-quality production output
Education: High school graduate or equivalent
