A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Overnight Machine Operator 1 in Columbus, NE. The Operator will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:
- The pay for this position is $22.70 per hour - bi-weekly
- Schedule: 6:00PM-6:00AM - 12hr rotating shifts
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights:
- This position is a 12 month contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is 6am-6pm with rotating days every 2 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine production functions, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision
- Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization)
- Work effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives
- Follow standard operating procedures and make effective decisions within position requirements
- Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience:

- 1 year of work experience
- Ability to develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations
- Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis
