Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated  Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator (Packaging)

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Rotating 12 hour shift available on Days 

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
• Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions
• Monitor machines and specialized equipment for defects or malfunctions that could impact product quality
• Follow safety policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and ensure safety protocols are adhered to
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or similar roles
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machinery and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in diverse environmental conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
