Are you looking for a great weekly schedule and nice paychecks? Workbox Staffing is hiring Machine Operators in Kalamazoo, MI. You'll operate machinery, work in a team, and contribute to production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Operating machinery (brake press, copper extrusion, assembly)
Lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a team
Sitting or standing for periods while operating machinery
Contributing to production goals and safety
What We’re Looking ForQualifications:
Reliable transportation
Can pass a 5-panel drug screen
Great attitude and team player
Willing to wear a mask or show proof of vaccination
Want to work and grow within the company
TrainableSkills:
Previous machine operating , but not required
Willingness to be trained in multiple areas
Aware of OSHA compliance and safety
