Finzer Roller seeks a first shift Machine Operator. starting at $19.00-$21.00 per hour, bonus opportunity, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, paid uniforms, paid weekly.
Specific responsibilities for the Machine Operator will include:
- Setup and run manual engine lathes
- Use calipers and micrometers to measure product
- Comply with manufacturing and safety practices
- Use hoists and cranes for material handling
- Maintain communication with production team
- Read and understand standard operating procedures and customer requirements
- Focus on quality output
Qualified candidates will have basic math skills, ability to use measuring tools, and willingness to learn. Machine operation experience .
