Job Overview:
WildPack Beverage is hiring a full-time hourly permanent Machine Operator for our Production Team at our brand-new facilities located in Baltimore, MD. At WildPack, we pride ourselves on the company culture we have and the fun and friendly environment that we work in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product transfers and filtration from one piece of the production equipment to brite tanks
- Perform quality checks both in the mixing vessels and brite tanks to ensure specifications are met as directed by the brand/recipe
- Fill and package cans on our canning lines
- Run all manufacturing equipment (depalletizer, filler, cartoner, case packer, bundler, and palletizer)
- Perform Clean in Place (CIP) procedures on our equipment
- Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on canning line equipment
- Inspects primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging components, codes, and products to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications
- Reports or records production and non-production data on designated forms in a timely, complete, and accurate manner
- Ensure packaging is ready for production
- Put together boxes/trays for cans to be shipped
- Ensure manufacturing orders are completed and properly packaged
- Stack pallets of cans to be shipped out
- Maintain clean environment
- Prioritize safety and quality
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve and prioritize assignments
- Work in a team environment to ensure all goals are met
Available Shifts
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am
- Overtime may be required
Your Qualifications:
- Strong planning, cleaning and organizational skills
- Forklift operation experience would be a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years of
Must be able to move and maneuver 100+lbs, stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, twist and crouch repeatedly while working in a loud, fast paced environment.
