What You'll Do:\n
\n
\nThe Rotational Molding Operator is responsible for setting up and operating rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and custom products while supporting daily manufacturing operations.\n
\n

\n
• Operate rotational molding machines with minimal supervision

\n

• Follow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing procedures

\n

• Set up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product quality

\n

• Perform secondary operations on molded products as needed

\n

• Use powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipment

\n

• Read basic blueprints and manufacturing work orders

\n

• Maintain quality standards and production records

\n

• Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe

\n

• Assist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team members

\n

• Work Shift: 10:00pm - 6:15am Sunday - Thursday

\n

What We're Looking For:\n
\n

\n
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

\n

• Experience operating machinery and production equipment

\n

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

\n

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

\n

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

\n

• One year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience

\n

\n
What You May Be Doing:\n
\n

\n
• Standing, walking, bending, crouching, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout the shift

\n

• Lifting and moving up to 40 lbs

\n

• Working flexible hours, overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed

\n

• Operating around manufacturing equipment and production machinery daily

\n
