Summary: The Machine Operator II is responsible for the daily operation of filling machinery to produce top quality products.
Shift Time: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Primary Tasks/Responsibilities:

Know, understand, and follow production schedule in operation of machinery.

Communicate with leadership on any issues that impede production.

Troubleshoot machinery.
-
Responsible for accurate product/package/code changes.
-
Perform surface foaming and mechanical cleaning of machinery.

Assist in quality inspections on materials and finished product.
-
Document activities throughout shift.
-
Proactively recognize and report safety issues.
-
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
-
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures.
-
Follow all food safety and quality system requirements by committing to meet all pertinent regulatory, customer and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) requirements.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience in manufacturing environment in operator role, highly .

Must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required.

Must be able to work independently and/or on a team in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work in a wet and/or humid environment. Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals will occur. Exposure to nut allergens.
