We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned production line equipment.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient production flow.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Assist in line changeovers, setups, and adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

• 1-3 years of previous manufacturing or production experience is required.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.

• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.
