Machine Operator Helper – Manufacturing Production

Pay: $17–$18 per hour depending on experience

We are hiring Machine Operator Helpers to support production machine operators in a manufacturing environment. This position assists with loading materials, removing finished parts, and maintaining production flow.

This role is intended for candidates who have worked in manufacturing, production, or fabrication environments and are comfortable working around industrial machinery.

Applicants without previous manufacturing or production experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with loading raw materials into machines

• Remove finished parts and stage them for the next production step

• Monitor machine operations and notify operators of issues

• Measure parts using tape measures or basic measuring tools

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow safety procedures around machinery and production equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working around industrial machines

• Reliable transportation to work

Experience

• Machine operation or machine helper experience

• Steel fabrication or manufacturing environment

• Experience loading materials into machines

• Experience measuring parts for quality control

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing facility and may involve loud machinery, standing for long periods, and working around production equipment.
