POSITION – Machine Operator (Spring Manufacturing)

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift, 3:30pm to 1:30am, Monday–Thursday

STARTING PAY – $18 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Willing to train, but prior manufacturing experience is

As a Machine Operator, you will be trained to run production machines in a spring manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for monitoring equipment, checking product quality, and ensuring parts meet specifications. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines used in spring production
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow detailed instructions and production guidelines
• Assist with basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Must have strong reliability and commitment to long-term employment
• Prior manufacturing experience , but not required (will train)
• Ability to stand for long periods and work with hands-on machinery
• Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Reliable transportation to Grafton, WI
