Machine operator- General Labor up to $19 in Aurora

We are currently hiring detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of machinery and tools, with a strong focus on product quality. This position requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced production environment.

We offer multiple machine operating opportunities with 10-hour shifts available on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

You will have 3 day weekends each week, unless working overtime!

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery including milling machines, press brake machines, and stamping presses to produce high-quality components.
• Utilize tooling and measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure specifications are met.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand production requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
• Document production processes and report any discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment at least 1yr
• Familiarity with tooling, micrometers, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
