We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Gainesville. This position is available for second and third shifts and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery to ensure efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunities for growth.

• Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Third Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Location: Gainesville
• Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job Duties

• Operate production machines according to established procedures
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards are met
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
• Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
