Machine Operator – Day Shift
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Day Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. This role focuses on operating media blasting equipment and supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate media blasting equipment to clean, strip, or prepare surfaces
• Select appropriate blasting media based on material and project requirements
• Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of blasting equipment
• Complete daily 6S cleaning and organization tasks
• Enter RA measurement data accurately into tracking systems
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
• Assist with additional shop or production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
