Machine Operators Needed- First and Second Shift Available!

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.

Duties:

  • Operate a wide range of machinery to make cored welding wire.
  • Set up and operation of machines including tool changes, machine adjustments, quality checks, minor machine repairs, etc.
  • Conduct routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure product quality meets specifications.
  • Handle materials and finished products safely within the manufacturing floor using forklifts, hand tools, and overhead cranes
  • Follow safety protocols diligently while working with fabrication tools, welding equipment, tooling setups, and assembly line processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of machine settings, production data, and quality control reports for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with running and set-up of production machines
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Experience with calibers, coilers, or measuring tools
  • Strong math skills in basic algebra
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Self motivated & hard worker
  • Good communicator and able to work with others well
  • Ability to work independently and reliable
  • Ability to stand for hours on production floor
