What You'll Do\n

\n

- Operate machines and hand tools safely and effectively
- Strong Commitment to safety.
- Read and follow production instructions and job routings
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, scale, etc.)
- Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure product quality and traceability throughout the process
- Communicate issues and collaborate with engineering support
- Assist with material handling, including lifting up to 50 lbs and using hoists for heavier items
- Stay flexible-operate other machines as needed and cross-train in other areas

What We're Looking For\n

\n

- High School diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- Comfortable with physical work: standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working in high-heat conditions (up to 105°F)

- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly (200+ lbs with equipment)
- Stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
