Machine Operator I (Entry-Level Manufacturing)
Starting Pay: $20+/HR
Shift Differentials:

• 2nd Shift: +20%

• 3rd Shift: +30%

Location: Exeter, NH
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd (Overtime available)

No Extensive Experience Required!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Perform finishing processes: deburring, buffing, sanding, tumbling, and coating

• Use hand tools and assist with light assembly

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Support quality control and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience

• Ability to follow instructions and complete production paperwork

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
