Job Title: Machine Operator – Electronics Assembly
\nLocation: Middletown, PA
\n3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:00am | $20.25 - $21.25/hr

\nJob Summary:
\nWe are seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Middletown, PA. In this role, you will operate semi-automated and automated machines to assemble electronic components, including terminal blocks. You will help ensure the production process runs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

\n\n

\n\t
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Perform machine changeovers and troubleshoot equipment as needed.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Assemble electronic components according to work instructions and quality standards.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Use tools, calipers, and other manufacturing equipment accurately.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Read and comprehend assembly blueprints, production documents, and standardized print reading materials (if required).

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Carry boxes up to 20 lbs / 3 cubic feet up and down portable staircases.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Climb portable staircases up to 12 feet when necessary.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Use pallet jacks to move materials.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Work overtime, including weekends, as production demands require.
\n\t

Qualifications:

\n\n

\n\t
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology .

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Minimum of 1 year practical experience in factory automation or electronics manufacturing .

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Ability to read, understand, and follow assembly blueprints and production documents.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Strong computer skills and basic math skills for troubleshooting.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift.
\n\t
