Requirements:· High school diploma or equivalent· 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment· Forklift Experience required.
Responsibilities of positionWhat You'll Be Doing:As part of our team, your role will be dynamic, hands-on, and crucial to keepingoperations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:· Forklift Operation: Safely move materials and products throughout thefacility—ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.· Machine Operation: Run and monitor essential recycling equipment likeshredders, balers, and conveyors to keep things moving.· Load/Unload Machines: Manage the flow of materials by loading rawmaterials into machines and unloading processed recyclables.· Performance Monitoring: Inspect equipment regularly, make necessaryadjustments, and report any issues to the maintenance team for quickresolution.· Material Sorting: Assist with sorting recyclables before and afterprocessing to ensure high-quality output.· Safety First: Always adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE—your well-being is a top priority!· Routine Inspections: Perform basic checks and maintenance onequipment, including cleaning and lubrication, to keep everything in topworking order.· Material Handling: Transport and store recyclables correctly, helping tomaintain an organized and efficient work environment.· Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure smoothand efficient operations every shift.· Environmental Impact: Follow recycling procedures to maintainstandards, reduce contamination, and help make a positive impact on theenvironment.Join us for Walk-In Wednesday at The JobSquad!
