Questech Recruitment are looking for an experienced Machine Operator (with 360/Loading Shovel experience) to join our client's busy metal recycling operation.\nThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in fast-paced industrial environments.\nLocation: DN4\nShifts: 6am - 6pm 4 on 4 off\nSalary: £14.00ph\nKey Responsibilities\n * Operate loading shovel and 360 grab machinery safely and efficiently\n * Load, sort, move, and process scrap metal materials\n * Feed processing equipment and maintain smooth yard operations\n * Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance\nRequirements\n * Proven experience operating a loading shovel and 360 grab (licenses essential)\n * Experience within metal recycling, waste management, quarrying, or similar industries is advantageous\n * Good understanding of health & safety practices\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n * Reliable, hardworking, and punctual attitude\nIf you are interested please get in touch with Holly on (phone number removed)
