Shift: 3rd shift, 10pm-630am Monday-Friday

Pay: $19.50 hourly

Under general supervision the General Operator is responsible for operating and tending various secondary and fabricating machines such as; drills, milling, cutoff saws, forming machines, spinning machines, punches that cut, shape and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes and structure.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential requirements represents the knowledge, skill, and/or ability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Operates machines such as lathes, cutters, shears, mills, grinders, presses, drills and auxiliary machines in order to produce metal work pieces.

· Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions; adjust machines as necessary.
