What You’ll Do:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of bakery equipment (e.g., VMI mixers, dividers, proofers, ovens, blast freezers)

• Ensure consistent product quality and meet production goals

• Follow all GMPs and safety standards to maintain a clean and compliant workspace

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues

• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

• Support team collaboration and assist in training new operators

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience (food production a plus)

• Ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced setting

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

• Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

• 3 days on, 4 days off (fixed schedule)

• Willingness to work either day or night shift as needed
